HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

After finishing your telephone consultation, your GP can transfer the call to reception. Our receptionist will process payment over the phone. You will receive a HOT DOC notification if transfer of call is unsuccessful.

After finishing your video consultation, the reception will call you immediately to process payment. You will receive a HOT DOC notification if reception are unable to contact you via phone.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY MEDICARE REBATE ?

If your bank details are set up with Medicare, we can submit a claim for you, and you will receive the rebate on your bank account after 2-3 business days.

Or we can print a receipt at the end of your consultation, which will enable you to lodge a claim online with Medicare or by attending your nearest Medicare store
