HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

After finishing your telephone consultation, your GP will transfer the call to reception. Our receptionist will process payment over the phone

After finishing your video consultation, the reception will call you immediately to process payment. Your receipt will be available for pick up at the front desk

HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY MEDICARE REBATE ?

If your bank details are set up with Medicare, we can submit a claim for you, and you will receive the rebate on your bank account after 2-3 business days.

Or we can print a receipt at the end of your consultation, which will enable you to lodge a claim online with Medicare or by attending your nearest Medicare store
