About Us

Glenorie District Medical Centre have been an established medical centre for many years, providing a high standard of ethical service and patient treatment. Our team of highly qualified General Practitioners and Medical Specialists set us apart in the industry.

Our practice is an Accredited Practice, which is achieved through a process of various assessments conducted by third parties on behalf of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. This process ensures we maintain a high standard of medical care, skilled staff, smooth organisation and appropriate, well maintained equipment. Everyone here has qualified for Vocational Registration by the Health Insurance Commission and take part in further medical studies on a regular basis.

Meet The Doctors

Dr Clare Donnelly

BMed (Newcastle), FRACGP

I have been working in Glenorie for over 20 years now and have been very privileged to feel part of the local community. I love the whole range of General Practice and am happy to see all ages and the full range of medical problems. When not working I am involved with my 3 children and love bush walking – the more remote the better!!

Dr Phillipa Gibian


I am the most senior doctor at the practice, and now I work part-time. Dr Molly Hyslop and I started the practice in 1984. I love being a big part of the community.

Dr Rose Wang


I completed my medical degree at UNSW, and have since worked in several practices in the Hills region including Rouse Hill, Bella Vista and Round Corner during GP training years. I’m excited to be part of the team at Glenorie. I love spending my spare time enjoying nature, hiking, photography, travelling and recently rock climbing!

Dr Sheila Lorenzo


I am a Fellow in General Practice and has been regarded as capable of delivering medical care to the highest standard. I hold of, utmost importance, the provision of ethical and responsible medicine to my patients, regardless of calling, colour or creed. I have undertaken the rigorous training provided by the Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) for 3 years in Central NSW, namely Parkes and Bathurst. When not at work, I spend time with my family and consider cooking, watching movies, reading books and novels as my hobbies.

Dr Belinda Lorenzo


Dr Belinda Lorenzo is a female General Practitioner. She completed her postgraduate fellowship with the RACGP in 2016 and worked in General Practice and Aboriginal Health during her training. She has extensive training and experience in Paediatrics, worked at the Sydney Children’s Hospital at Randwick and holds a Diploma In Child Health. Belinda also has a keen interest in Maternal Care, Sexual and Reproductive Health. She completed the FRAA National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health for Doctors. Her other interests include Mental Health, Skin Cancer, Chronic Disease Care and Minor Surgery. When not at work,  she loves painting, gardening and cooking up a storm in the kitchen with her husband! She speaks English and Filipino.

Dr Ellen Manlongat


Dr Ellen Manlongat is a Paediatrician. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She trained at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and had worked at various paediatric units in the western and southwestern Sydney and the Nepean and Blue Mountains areas. She is interested in all areas of general paediatrics. She speaks English and Filipino.

Dr Ellen Manlongat is currently on leave.

Dr John Trinidad


Dr John Trinidad is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners.  Dr. Trinidad attained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in the Philippines in 1998 before going on to specialise in Emergency Medicine.  In 2006, he emigrated to Australia and worked as a Senior Medical officer at Emergency Departments of various Sydney hospitals.

In 2015, he decided to pursue  new career pathway in General Practice, working as a rural GP locum in Wauchope NSW for over a year prior to the start of his training.  John complete his 3-year GP training in Cowra and Bathurst before returning to Sydney.

John has a keen interest in General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Skin Cancer, Men’s Health and minor surgical procedures.

John speaks English and Filipino.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and sons.  He also loves swimming, running and cycling.

Dr Cath McGettigan

I am a GP registrar completing my RACGP training. I enjoy working at Glenorie Medical Centre very much and have an appreciation for the lovely community I practice in. I have a lot of experience in paediatrics and emergency and enjoy using these skills. I have a particular interest in child and adolescent mental health. Outside of work I enjoy time with my husband and family. I love music, singing and reading and the occasional Netflix binge!

I am a Registered nurse with extensive acute health care experience, working with stroke and Intensive care patients. When I am not working, I enjoy walking and camping with my husband, children and friends

I consider myself very fortunate to be part of the team at the Medical Centre as a Receptionist during the past 7.5 years. I have 4 adult children and I am pleased to be part of the community as the local artist from the Art Shack with my partner, Bjorn.

Louise Taylor


I have worked at the Surgery for almost 10 year and am a Glenorie local. Now that my children are grown up, I am looking forward to traveling more with my husband. I love the Glenorie atmosphere and hope to live here for many years to come.

Deanna Tibbels


I am a Glenorie local and I have lived here with my husband and four children for some time. I am one of the Receptionists who truly enjoys helping you and your family. I love weekend getaways and enjoy exploring the City and all it has to offer, either day or night.

Celena Garland


I have worked in medical reception for 4 years and have really enjoyed my first year at GDMC. My children are grown up and I enjoy walking, netball, experimenting with art, gardening and camping.

Eva Xie

Pathology Collector
Collection Centre open Monday to Friday 8 – 2pm

I am a Senior Pathology collector at Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology (DHM). I completed my Certificate III of Pathology Collection and training at DHM. I have been working at Glenorie District Medical Centre since January 2018 and I find it a pleasure to work in due to the friendly staff and patients. I am experienced at difficult collections and complicated tests.

Jenna Bonnici


I have enjoyed my first year at Glenorie District Medical Centre very much. I am studying to become a registered nurse and am thoroughly enjoying learning so much. I enjoy going out with friends in my free time.
